WEDDING PACKAGE

This is our typical setup which includes all the features listed below. This setup is customized to your exact specifications at no extra cost to you. This is another thing that would be discussed in our personal meeting. Notice that we don't put up an ugly company banner and we try to keep cords to a minimum thereby creating a low booth profile. When the lights are out, all the the little things that may appear as eccentric simply disappear. With the exception of the chair and organ in opposite corners, this is what you could expect from a SWAHT wedding production.

♫ Both Josh and Joe own and wear matching tuxes. We will not disrespect the occasion by wearing jeans and a t-shirt.

♫ The grand march is preplanned according to your music selection and progressive order of events. The master of ceremonies will make sure that the attention does not stray from the bride and groom by making inappropriate jokes or comments. Generally, everyone comes out introduced by pairs, and then proceeds to partake in their special dances.

♫ We provide at least two microphones (with one or two being wireless). One will be at our booth and one will be at the head table. This way the reception doesn't have to strain to make out the words you're saying during dinner speeches our toasts. Our experience has shown that house PA's are usually very low quality and not effective.

♫ Dinner and cocktail music comes as an extra service with no more cost to you. We are there and setup already so it really doesn't bother us to be playing some comfortable music which has also been predetermined by you.

♫ We also provide a few small extra services. These services include the taking of digital photographs at the dance and posting them on our site so everyone can see the fun you had. Also, we offer the option of giving out glow necklaces to mainly the children and wedding party. Glow necklaces are the only service that we ask extra money for. We can either sell them at the reception or give them away if they are prepaid for.
