LIGHTING AND EFFECTS

Many DJs may have a good sound system but lack the lighting to keep a crowd entertained. The right lighting in any room can bring the wallflowers off of the wall and into the crowd. Our lighting systems are some of the most intense and impactful systems for the money. Lighting systems standard for every job we do are at no extra cost to you. MARTIN MX-1 SCANNERS WITH MC-1 CONTROLLER

These are our most intelligent lights that work with their own controller and are set up to be sound activated. These have 10 colors, 3 split colors, 18 gobos, and precise mirror movement for an incredible effect. Martin is the top name for automated lighting. DMX controlling of these scanners allows us to add strobe, speed, and other manually controlled detail to their performance. The final effect is visually stunning and their versatility makes them appropriate for almost any song and any event. |
JEM (MARTIN) FX-2 AND AMERICAN DJ VAPORIZER SMOKE MACHINES
| The Jem fogger is the primary of our two smoke machines. Both have a controller that can be used to adjust the amount and frequency of smoke that is produced. The smoke is non-toxic and 100% safe. Sometimes we also add an extra agent to make the smoke smell like coconuts. The American DJ unit is used mainly for back-up. The only noticable difference is the smaller amount of fog it puts out. |  |

MARTIN RAPTOR

The Raptor is the most recent addition to our show. It has a huge spread of hundreds of multi-colored beams that we set up pointing at the ceiling. It is also music activated and is an overall wild effect. |
AMERICAN DJ SNAP SHOT II STROBE LIGHT
| This 70 watt strobe adds impact to music. It's features include an adjustable speed along with linking capabilities. While you probably wouldn't see this used at any of our weddings you would most likely see it for school dances and any other place we set up a club-like atmosphere. |  |
AMERICAN DJ POCKET SCANS AND DMX CONTROLLER

This is our other package of intelligent lighting. They also are manipulated by a controller and are sound sensitive. Effects not only include the 14 different gobo projections but also a laser with a number of programs. |
AMERICAN DJ POLICE BEACONS

These beacons make any dance into a party. They are massive with an 8 inch diameter. They are controlled using our Light Copilots. You'll see these lights at just about every job we do because of their classic effect. |

MBT PAR 38 CANS SPOT LIGHTS

Each of these cans runs on a halogen bulb to give maximum projection with minimum power consumption. One job usually requires us to have 8 of the cans with multiple colored gels, however, we have a total of 16 for our backup system. They are plugged into a chasing unit or our light copilot to make them dance to the music. |
AMERICAN DJ LIGHT COPILOTS
| These units control all of our non-DMX lighting. The touch pad portion of it is mounted in our main DJ rig for quick access/control and the relay pack is connected to it by a 25 ft. serial cable. The units can be set for chasing patterns to be used with our par cans or any other lights. These 8 channel packs are also linkable so our show can get bigger without any problems. |  |
NESS ORBITER INTELLIGENT LIGHT

This was one of our first intelligent lights. Certainly not as smart as the scanners, but it projects 6 great gobos onto the dance floor while moving to the beat of the music. When hung from the ceilings of gymnasiums it creates a unique canopy effect. |
AMERICAN DJ CC-2016 4 CHANNEL CHASER WITH FOOTSWITCH
| This unit chases our spot lights to the beat of the music. The footswitch allows us to switch from all on, to chase, and then to blackout. We recently redesigned the footswitch to now be a handswitch which allows for flashes and better usability. |   |
AMERICAN DJ PAR 36 PINSPOTS
 |
These spots provide directed beams of light to be used with our disco ball and/or as a general overhead lighting effect. A flash of 8 crossing beams overhead adds dynamic enthusiasm to our light show. These can also be arranged to accentuate objects in a room like a wedding cake or school banner. |
48 INCH BLACK LIGHTS

These are custom made with parts from Menards so no information site is available for them. No company makes black lights this large so we are sort of pioneers in doing this. They project a huge amount of black light from a total of 4 bulbs that will even make your teeth glow. Once again, these are most likely not going to be brought to our weddings but for schools and parties they are a must have. |

8" DISCO BALL

The disco ball is a classic effect, which can easily fill an entire room. Normally, this is only used at weddings unless otherwise specially requested. We set it up on a variable speed motor and point two of our pin spots toward it for maximum projection. |
